we are caro and lina and we want to take away the common pressure to only publish the »perfect« finished product. this digital exhibition is a hybrid publishing project, embracing the aesthetic of the unfinished, imperfect and discarded. you as our visitor are able to create a new artwork by layering two or more unfinished artworks on top of each other as a collage. the collages are printable so you can take them home and give the unfinished projects a new purpose. if you finished them by your process of collaging and recombining is up to your interpretation. we want to ask the question: is there such a thing as a finished product in our digital age? what does this mean for the future of publishing?
