|Description=The website multi-type.de emerged from a course on hybrid publishing by Professor Alexander Roidl from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz. Multi-type.de publishes typefaces designed by students or alumni of the University of Applied Sciences Mainz. Our idea is to create exchange among students, to inspire each other and to create cooperations. Of course, we want to create exchange not only within the university but also outside of it. During our research, we found that there have not been many type design courses at our university so far. Fonts were often designed on students own initiative or as a bachelor's or master's thesis. With this website we would like to motivate students and professors to make typedesign bigger at our university. We hope that the list will keep growing and are looking forward to show more projects on multi-type.de in the near future. | |Description=The website multi-type.de emerged from a course on hybrid publishing by Professor Alexander Roidl from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz.
